DESCRIPTION

The project is located above the social area in Clayton Heights Residential Complex. These residences are placed strategically in the space to achieve a perfect topographic integration. The social area is located in the lowest hight level. To reduce the visual impact, the green roof is integrated within the rest of vegetation around the different architectural designs of the complex. 

The Green Roof is characteristic to be extensive. The building structure has a limited supported weight, therefore the depth is less than 15cm and the vegetation is low. It contributes to relaxation and residents health, as well as reduces energetic consume and rain water management within the space.
